Is TravelMatePro carry-on friendly for flights?

Yes. At just 0.17 fl oz (5 ml), TravelMatePro is well under the TSA's 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) carry-on liquid limit, so it fits easily in your carry-on, quart bag, or travel pouch. (Note: the TSA does not "approve" individual products — but our pen's size keeps it within standard carry-on liquid rules.)

Will it fix a broken wheel or zipper?

No. TravelMatePro is a preventative maintenance pen, not a repair tool. It helps reduce friction, squeaking, and sticking on working wheels, zippers, and handles. Physically broken parts need repair or replacement.

Where exactly do I apply it?

Apply to wheel axles, zipper teeth along the full track, and telescoping handle rails. Use a small amount and wipe away any excess. On the first use, twist the base 20–40 clicks to prime the brush tip.

How often should I use it?

Apply monthly or as needed — before a major trip, after luggage has been in storage, or whenever things start feeling stiffer or noisier than usual.

Is the formula safe on my luggage?

Yes. The luggage-safe silicone formula is designed for hard plastic, metal, and nylon luggage components. As with any maintenance product, avoid direct skin contact and test on a small hidden area first.

What luggage brands does it work with?

TravelMatePro works with most major brands including Samsonite, Away, Tumi, Delsey, American Tourister, and Rimowa. It targets the standard wheel axle, zipper, and telescoping handle designs found on most suitcases and carry-ons.
