Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation at checkout and a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping & delivery times

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of ordering.

 

Shipping costs

UPS Ground shipping is free on U.S. orders of $10 or more. Every current TravelMatePro pack qualifies, so there is no shipping charge at checkout.

 

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at Info@travelmatepro.com.

 

International orders

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, email Info@travelmatepro.com and we'll let you know if we can help.
