Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your pen arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo along with your order number and we'll ship a replacement free of charge — no return required.
